From a fresh m-c build (1/15 fx-merge),= on an S4, hiding or showing Fennec causes the toolbar to flash red and yellow.

I just updated my nightly and cleared app data. Still seeing this.
S4 GT-I9500 running Android 4.3
Attached log, but it doesn't seem particularly useful - a GeckoGL message, but I'm not sure it's relevant.
STR:
1. Open Fennec.
2. Hit back to minimize Fennec.
3. Open Fennec.
4. Minimize Fennec.
Expected:
Fennec minimizes cleanly.
Actual:
The toolbar flashes red and yellow, both on minimize and subsequent app launches.
I asked Margaret to try this on a few other devices, but was unable to reproduce.

Is the Android developer settings, 'Show GPU/Surface Updates' and or 'Show GPU Overdraw' accidentally enabled?
