I'll have to run a command on -dev to see how well it works.

I ran the command and shelled around; it seems like it worked.

On the Games category on -dev on Brazil, only a few apps show up now. Though, you may not see their ratings if you click on their detail pages since the apps may not have been reindexed. A way to verify is to go to all of the app's content ratings pages on Devhub and see whether or not they have a CLASSIND rating.
I can see the CLASSIND rating for Brazil for my apps from devhub. Marking bug as verified based on Kevin's comment.
