I had to disable the OOP browser-element tests on OSX debug due to frequent mochitest-2 crashes that first appeared on a merge. We attempted to disable the crashing test, but that just moved it to another. Rather than play whack-a-mole all night, I opted to skip the tests on OSX debug instead. I would still like to see these tests run (we use this feature in DevTools now), but I guess they are currently disabled for all platforms with e10s, which is separate from this bug (not sure if there is another for the general problem).
Crap, I was looking at the manifest in comment 8. ni? myself to see if we can safely re-enable these on OSX debug now. Can't speak to the e10s side of things, though.
