This is hitting in the mochitest-dt runs on Cedar on multiple platforms and may block us being able to turn it on by default. Can we please prioritize looking into this?

Oh wow, I didn't even see this, sorry. I won't be able to look at this until Monday.

These intermittents caused by the same error looks like: bug 985284 and bug 985282
This is an inspector sidebar race condition. I'll look into it, but someone else might be faster at it.
