This is a server for the APK Factory signer for stage. It's just one server to sign APKs. For security reasons it should be on its own server (full security requirements to follow). Inbound network access will be needed for the servers in bug 960764.

Prod is up. Signer release and review end points are only accessible from generator. https://mana.mozilla.org/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=38546944 We are still working on monitoring (Bug 975614) and pushing cef logs back into PHX1 (bug 958346).
