We need to find someone who is in charge with the Web sites and/or a Web developer close from StartToday.
I have the feeling that the Web site is not managed by the company itself but made by an external firm. Maybe.

On August 1, 2013, the Company merged with its wholly owned subsidiary START TODAY CONSULTING CO.,LTD. On August 15, 2013, the Company acquired Bracket, Inc.

Maybe Bracket does the development of the Web sites.

We can try, but without too much hope, usually inquiry services are for customers and solving simple issues. 80% of the time it doesn't work for technical issues such as user agent sniffing.
