We should update the "current development version" links on http://www.bugzilla.org/docs/ to point to bugzilla.readthedocs.org. I think that linking to readthedocs.org rather than our own build of the docs is better because:

* They have a nice stylesheet
* They have good search
* They will manage all of the building and version stuff for us automatically

The links should be as follows:

HTML: http://bugzilla.readthedocs.org/en/latest/
PDF:  https://media.readthedocs.org/pdf/bugzilla/latest/bugzilla.pdf
HTML as ZIP: https://media.readthedocs.org/htmlzip/bugzilla/latest/bugzilla.zip
EPub: https://media.readthedocs.org/epub/bugzilla/latest/bugzilla.epub

It doesn't look like RTD builds a plain text version by default, although Sphinx has that capability. We can ask them about that, or we could just say that HTML as ZIP and Epub together meet the same use cases.

The API documentation will continue to have to be built the same way as it is now.

I see that the doc is no longer compiled at all on bugzilla.org. All links for trunk are dead.
