Description: The second page of the Import utility does not get focus.
The second page has a list of programs, one of which you select to
open the file you will be importing; Outlook express, text, Outlook, Eudora.
If you click the mouse within the listbox, you can then use the up and
down arrow keys to move through the list. The tab key would not move focus to
within the listbox.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start the mozilla browser
2.Selct menu item Task/Import utility
3.Press Next to go to the second page
4.Try to select "text" from the listbox by only using the keyboard.
Actual Results: Actual results : tab key only brings focus to buttons
Expected Results: Expected results : tab key should sequentially bring focus to
all window objects,including the listbox

The listbox gets focus, but there's no visual indication that it has focus.
You can tell that it gets focus by pressing the down arrow key after tabbing to
it.
