Firefox Nightly 29.0a1 2014-01-17 on Windows 8.1 Pro 64 bit

On about:config, the Reset button is always styled as disabled except directly after changing value.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open about:config.
2. Search for |extensions|.
3. Change extensions.enabledScopes from 1 to 2.

Actual result:
Reset button gets styled as enabled.

4. Click a different setting.
5. Click again on extensions.enabledScopes

Actual result:
Reset button is styled as disabled (clicking on it works as expected). Same applies for closing and opening about:config.
