Browsing through feedback URLs, tested this in NS6.1 and Mozilla, both show the problem. I am guessing parser first, but could be tables or even evangelism. Go down to Table 10-35, should display as table.

Patch in bug 56245 also fixes this problem though they are not duplicates! Fix for bug 56245 is in. Marking FIXED.
