Looks like they stopped on January 15. Guessing bug 929447 is what broke them.
Yes, my fault, my patch inadvertantly turned off all android reftests for versions < 29, rather than turning them off for android 4 on versions < 29 only.
I think this will restrict the version check to only panda slaves.
