Tested with:
Device: Samsung Galaxy Tab 2
OS: Android 4.2.2

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/android/
2. Select a theme
2. Tap on "Keep it" button.
3. Go to Add-ons Manager. 

Expected results:
- The installed theme should be present in the list.

Actual results:
- The installed theme is present only after refreshing the page.

This is a long-standing issue (I remember filing this when we first created the manager but I can't find the bug). If you have the manager open, it doesn't rebuild the list on the fly dynamically, a refresh is needed.

This works fine if you access AMO prior to opening the manager.
