Environment: 
Device: Google Nexus 7 (Android 4.4.2);
Build: Nightly 29.0a1 (2014-01-20).


Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mozilla;
2. Check if the page is loaded correctly.

Expected result:
The wikipedia page is correctly loaded.

Actual result:
The CSS layout is not displayed correctly.

Notes:
The bug is only reproducible on portrait orientation.
Please check the attached screen shot.
