Prerequisites:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:29.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/29.0

Steps to reproduce:
1.Submit an app with content ratings 
2.Go to Content Ratings section and click the Edit button
3.Under "Get My App Rated" section click on Privacy Policy and Terms of Service agreement links

Expected results:
Developers are redirected to IARC Privacy Policy and Terms of Service agreement pages

Actual results:
Edit Content Ratings page is displayed after pressing on Privacy Policy and Terms of Service agreement links
