  Happen to flash screen before alarm coming during screen locked.
 
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
  1. Enter "setting"->"Screen lock";
  2. Active "Lock screen" and "Passcode lock";
  3. Enter "Clock"->"Alarm";
  4. Add a new "Alarm";
  5. Waiting for time out or lock screen;
  6. Waiting for alarm coming.
 
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
  Have no flash screen.

This is likely a System issue; it looks like the SystemsFE team is doing some work on the attention screen which might or might not be relevant (bug 927862). Definitely worth keeping open and attempting to find a solution regardless.
