Details

STR Turn off Wifi to ensure no internet connection exists. Start Instantbird. Accounts repeatedly try to connect, and fail with "connection lost" type errors. Expected result: Instantbird attempts connection only when an internet connection becomes available. This may in fact be a necko rather than an Instantbird bug.
