Steps to reproduce:

Hello.

While setting up Firefox (version: 26) to computers with using just the keyboard I noticed that if a download window [1] lost the focus since it got created (for example when showing desktop with WinKey+D) it would then be not possible to focus on that window again using Alt-Tab.

I couldn't manage to reproduce this issue. Since the bug was logged 8 years ago, most likely isn't reproducible anymore for the reporter also.
