When trying to install Twitter from Marketplace, console shows NS_ERROR_FAILURE: Component returned failure code: 0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE) [nsIXULChromeRegistry.getSelectedLocale]

1. Launch on gaia
2. Goto marketplace
3. Try to install Twitter
