96219 - Crashes when a user has a language selected no longer present

If you have installed an English Mozilla build and you create a user, it
user-locale.rdf will point to that language. Then, if you update your build to a
localised build (example: German, Catalan) that do not contain the English
language pack Mozilla will crash because is unable to find the English language
pack. For now, a quick solution is to delete the user's user-locale.rdf to force
Mozilla to create it again.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create an user with an English build
2.Upgrade to a localised build (with no English support)
3. Crash!

This crash should no longer happen given locale version had been assigned. We
should uninstall obselete chrome though.

The crash should not happen in 0.9.3 or later builds. Would you verify this?

I really sorry Tao, I would love to help you with this bug but our language pack 
only works on 0.92 and the MozillaTranslator tool does not generate 0.93 
properly. I suggest to contact the German team since they have a german 0.93 
complete build to see if the bug if fixed. Jordi,

Tested with Mozilla 0.9.6 German, Greek and Taiwan build, all works fine with
this problem. e.g. use German Mozilla to create a German profile then ran a
Taiwan Mozilla (make sure the German lang is not available) with the German
profile, Mozilla doesn't crash and runs fine.
