This has been frustrating me for a while now. On occasion I get extremely fluid scroll in about start flings, and other times, I get choppiness. The problem seems to get worse the more you interact with the page. This seems more pronounced on slower systems (surface pro 1). STR: 1) launch metrofx 2) navigate to a web page like bing.com 3) navigate back 4) lightly fling about start result: smooth scrolling 5) drag about:start a long distance back and forth 6) lightly fling result: choppy scroll Also, I don't understand why touch scrolling is often much choppier than fling. If we can scroll smoothly while flinging the page, we should get the same while touch scrolling. Yet it seems touch scroll is always choppier. I wonder if this has something to do with the distance between input events getting fed into apzc.
