Once bug 929584 is fixed we should start using the production slaveapi instance, because it will properly file IT bugs.

We're switched to prod now, but I had to turn slave rebooter off because of bugs 963204 and 964247. Neither should take long to resolve, and I'll turn it back on once they're fixed.
