Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:26.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/26.0 (Beta/Release)
Build ID: 20131206145143
Steps to reproduce:
When I use a CalDAV server to subscribe to calendars and tasks, lightning correctly displays events & tasks for the respective user. But if the user has delegations for calendars of other users, only events of the delegation are displayed, not the tasks. - They simply don't appear.
P.S. I am using Mozilla Thunderbird 24.2.0 with Lightning 2.6.4 on GNU/Linux Ubuntu
Actual results:
Tasks are missing for delegations. Further there is no error being displayed.
Expected results:
The tasks should be displayed as well.

What caldav server are you using? What kind of delegations are these, you mean events origanized by other users?
Could you enable calendar.debug.log and calendar.debug.log.verbose in the advanced config editor (Options > Advanced > General > Config Editor) and show us some logs about what is happening when you do this?

On the server side I am using DAViCal 1.1.1-1 on GNU/Linux Ubuntu 14.04 LTS. DAViCal, as well as other CalDAV servers allow delegations, to be able to subscribe, - read or even write, - to other users calendars. - This works great e.g. with Mac OSX iCal, but not in Lightning.
Calendar events and tasks are stored e.g. in https://example.org/caldav.php/foo/calendar/ so user bar, - which has his calendar in https://example.org/caldav.php/bar/calendar/, - can successfully subscribe to users foo calendar in Lightning, whereas the task of user foo would not appear.
Further I don't see any ralevant output in the calendar.debug.log

I just found out that my requested feature works in Lightning 3.3.1. - My original bug was and is meant for v. 2.6.4
Have a good day!
