.works is listed twice in the PSL, but with two separate contracted registries listed.

It's listed on the original ICANN contract announcement, 2013-11-14, with Little Dynamite, LLC

However, it's also listed when .work (note the singular) when Top Level Domain Holdings Limited negotiated the contract on 2013-12-19.

Attempt at manually formatting an hg diff on ToT.

The http://publicsuffix.org/submit/ states just to create a Unified Diff, and it seems silly-to-harmful to check out all of moz-central just for PSL modifications when wget+diff will do.

Please let me know if this is sufficient for future modifications.

The spreadsheet contains emails for both .works and .work, from Top Level Domain Holdings Ltd. So perhaps the Little Dynamite one is the wrong one?

For some reason the email "[gtldnotification] New gTLD Registry Agreement for works" was created twice in the document. I've checked my inbox and there should be no reason.

The correct .work assignment is the one broadcasted on 2013-11-14. The submitted patch is correct.
