96352 - Whole image does not highlight when "selecting all"

When you have an open image in the composer, and try to select it (scrolling 
across image, edit->select all) It only puts a blue box around the image and 
does not highlight the whole thing.  This can be a distraction because if you 
have say a Blue background, you cannot even tell that the picture is selected. 

steps to recreate:

1.open an image in composer
2.click on edit and choose select all

**you will vaguely be able to tell a blue square directly around the image**

The same issue applies if you are trying to select a HR

if you don't like the blue box, what should the highlight be instead?
The only improvement I see is for selection to use "marching ants."

existing bugs before creating new ones.
