Build: 27.0 Beta 9 (2014-01-24), Nightly 29.0a1 (2014-01-23)
Aurora 28.0a2 (2014-01-23)
Device: Samsung Galaxy Tab (4.0.4), Nexus 4 (4.4.2)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to http://people.mozilla.org/~atrain/mobile/tests/media.html
2. Play a media file
3. Move Fx in background

Expected Results: 
- The media content is paused if the application is moved in background or another tabis opened

Actual Results:
- The media content continues to play after the application is moved in background or another tab is opened

Note: Chrome stops all media files when is moved in background except mp3 files

We explicitly decided to allow media files to play in early releases of Firefox for Android. Ian & Mark should we consider matching Chrome?

Why?

CC'ing Wes for some context here too. I thought we let webapps continue to play, while making Firefox stop.
