Description:
When typing characters they are often getting clipped in the word suggestion area - see screenshot. It requires to close/re-invoke keyboard to clean it up. 

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20140124040404
2) Go through FTE
3) Select to Sign In to WiFi
4) Type in the password

Actual:
When start typing, characters easily getting clipped in the word suggestion area - see screenshot

Expected:
Characters are not getting stuck in the word suggestion area

The bug does not reproduce on the latest 1.3 build. Typed characters are not getting clipped in the word suggestion area. Tested this in multiple apps where typing is possible.

We don't have related changes in keyboard app in this regression window.
I suspect this a graphics issue.

The issue still reproduces on 01/29 Master build, it's happening 100% to me when going through FTE and invoke keyboard for the first time to sign in to WiFi. It also happens a lot in Messages app. 

I don't do anything special to repro it, it's just happening.... but I've noticed that it happens more often when I use characters from the top row or if I hold down the keys for a while (like try holding "U")

The issue is intermittent, occasionally it works OK and then starts happening again while using device.

All points to a APZC issue, see also bug 963584.

That said, maybe somehow the new APZC code is correct but the keyboard code is not.

This issue does not reproduce for me on the 02/17/14 1.4 build. The typed characters' bubbles appear as a complete circle, not clipped.
