Hi Christoph, the root cause is found, which is already fixed in our local test for syntax checking. It is due to the error ref_idx accessing invalid picture list. will be updated after checking code is reviewed.
Hi Christoph: fix it. Could you verify it on cisco/master branch? thanks!

Reproducible. Have updated the stack because line numbers changed. Tested with: https://github.com/cisco/openh264/commit/00948873fb

Oh Sorry, the fix is also included with other SE check, but now it needs re-write. We'll update it after it is ok.
