In metro v2, we are going to make readability smarter and display a simpler UI. 

Michael has already made some mockups for a simplified readability UI. This bug is mostly for tracking visual design and assets.

Once reading list is supported, we need to add saving a page to reading list, and sharing with others from reader mode page. Those work will be filed separately.
