1. Make sure the update is fully downloaded - DON'T RESTART !
2. Open the Browser Toolbox from Firefox's main window
Actual results:
Watch the update install in front of the Firefox window
Expected results:
The update shouldn't have installed.

Also, the browser toolbox runs in the background even if the browser toolbox window is closed.
