Device: Samsung Galaxy Tab (4.0.4), LG Optimus 4X (4.1.2)
Steps to reproduce:
1. Load http://bing.com in landscape mode (for tablets you don't necessary have to put the device in landscape mode)
2. Tap the search field close to its right margin.
Expected Results:
- The search field should be activated and the VKB displayed
Actual Results:
- The search field isn't activated and the VKB is not displayed.
Note: This works on Chrome on the whole length of the search field

This is the width they have specified for their input, thus that is the targetable area for tap input.
