Happening with build 2001082109 together with ToyFactory theme. Other themes
work allright.
The vertical scrollbars have the widgets of the horizontal scrollbars.
Horizontal ones are OK.
I've also submitted a bug report to Netscape, in case it is their fault (in the
Theme), which I think it is. But just to be on the safe side, I'm submitting it
here too.

toy factory does not work on the trunk, it will only work with Netscape 6.1 or
Mozilla 0.9.2.1

Actually there were also problems with little mozilla theme. But somebody told
me these problems were because of some new XUL-changes. (again?!?) (align/orient).
