Opening the keyboard while in either portrait or landscape mode then closing the keyboard, rotating the phone, and re-opening the keyboard causes ut to render incorrectly.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20140128040224
2) Open web browser application
3) Tap on the address bar to bring up the keyboard
4) Tap off the address bar to close the keyboard
5) Rotate the phone
6) Tap on the address bar again

Actual:
The keyboard renders incorrectly after rotating the phone.

Expected:
The keyboard renders correctly after rotating the phone.
