Sync currently truncates the cluster URL returned by the token server, and appends "1.1/username". This will break the world when the 1.5 token server is used.

Not a dupe. bug 960816 is about how the client reacts to 404s on the storage server (i.e., goes for a node re-assignment). This bug is about using 1.5 URLs returned by the tokenserver correctly. Of course, if we didn't this would return a 404, which would cause a node re-assignment. Both should be addressed, though.
