Details

Metro uses a separate ordering approach for custom search plugins.  Need to test this process with a custom build to ensure that custom defaults are respected, and get a fix in if not.

Given the recent announcement on Metro [1], closing as WONTFIX.  We'll revisit this if Metro ever comes back.
