This is a meta bug to index all bugs (patches) which might be upstream to the ARM Simulator which is currently part of the v8 engine.

Even if there is a different coding style in the imported simulator, most of the instruction decoding should be identical.

At this point, we've made so many changes to the v8 ARM simulator that it is unlikely to happen, but letting :nbp decide we'd want to try this effort as a nice-to-have or just WONTFIX.
