As noted in bug 964540, dkl and LpSolit would prefer PDFs to always be generated in the "pdf/" directory, whether we are using LaTeX or rst2pdf.

This does it. I've only changed the Makefile, as it seems there's no latexpdf target in make.bat. (And before I blindly add one, I'd want someone on Windows to check that it actually works.)
