Build is 2001062815

Synopsis:
- open mail application
- click "New Msg" 
- drag & drop file \\myNTserver\path\to\some file\that I want\to-attach.zip 
from Windows Explorer onto Mozilla email attachments box
- click "Save"
- get pop-up Alert box: Sending of message failed
- Reproducible
- No problem if the file is dragged from c:\temp
