Device: HTC Sensation 4G OS: Android 4.0.3 Firefox Nightyl 29.0a1 01/30 Steps: 1. Open first time the app 2. press Menu -> Tools Expected results: - The tools menus should be displayed without any empty space Actual results: - The Tools Menu is displayed with soem empty space under New Guest Session - On Nightly and Aurora some jank from the page behind is also present for a few seconds(about:home/top sites) Note: This was not reproduce on other phones both with hardware menu and 4.0+ Os nor 2.x OS

What's special about the HTC Sensation 4G that's causing this?

Well- i did not find a specific think but I feel it it it's graphic in composition with the Menu triggered by the hardware menu button I did try this on several phones with older displays (menu + graphics): HTC Desire HD - 2.3 Galaxy Nexus - 4.3, 4.2 Mototrola RAZR XT910 - 2.3.5 HTC Desire Z - 2.3.3 Motorola RAZR XT910 - 4.0.4

I have installed on old build and I see this behaviour even on Firefox for Android 18.0a1 (2012-10-11). Is this a regression?

If it goes back that far I don't think a regression window is useful.
