Using BuildID: 2001082203 Click on the down arrow in the urlbar to bring up the history popup. Notice that the popup is really wide. a good 2 inches stick out past the end of the browser window on my monitor. On top of that the scrollbar is then also off the edge of the browser window and clicking on it doesn't actually scroll.
You probably have a long URL in there. Anyhow, unless I am mistaken, this is just another case of bug 83944: urlbar history popup should have a max-width
I don't think that was it. but maybe it is. After quitting and restarting now it comes up with the proper width. and I have the same set of urls in there.
