Description:
The search icon at the bottom menu in Inbox is unresponsive. When tapping it nothing happens, only gets highlighted.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20140130040201
2) Have an Email setup on the test device
3) Open Email app
4) Go to Inbox
5) Scroll down through the messages list
6) Tap the Search icon at the bottom

Actual:
The icon is unresponsive, gets highlighted and nothing happens

Expected:
The keyboard pops up, the user is able to enter in their search

This is a result of the message_list bootstrap done in bug 962451. However, for search, that bootstrapping should not be done as search needs a specialized slice that is only created once a search starts.

This is the pull request for bug 965987. It was erroneously attached to Bug 962451, Comment 5, as this fix relates to the fix in that issue. That fix received an r+ from :asuth in that ticket, so carrying it forward to this attachment.
