Description:
Popping a prize balloon then completing the round immediately afterwards while the prize is still floating downwards results in the target disappearing and player being blocked from catching the prize.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated buri to BuildID: 20140127004002
2) Launch Marketplace and install Poppit!
3) Launch Poppit!
4) Begin playing a new game
5) Pop all balloons except for two different groups, one containing a prize
6) Pop the group of balloons containing the prize
7) Observe target appear and prize begin to float downwards by parachute
8) Immediately pop last group of balloons to end round
9) Observe target disappear while prize is still floating downwards
10) Player is blocked from catching prize

Actual:
Target disappears and player is blocked from catching prize.

Expected:
Player is able to catch final prize.
