I'm suggesting we use this as the canonical URL for this document. It will start as a webmaker specific guide, but later can include variations for use with the other Mofo teams: https://wiki.mozilla.org/Foundation/Metrics/Optimizely_Process
I've: * Written up a process here https://wiki.mozilla.org/Foundation/Metrics/Optimizely_Process * Setup a 'testing hub' to list all our live and historic tests * Setup a Google doc template for writing up test plans * Setup an etherpad as a continuous dumping ground for test ideas :Scott, could you test the process with your next test. Then we can add this into the Webmaker Dev documentation.
