Steps to reproduce:
1. Have some tabs open and pinned tabbed
2. Open Sportsdirect.com (one or two tabs)
3. Pin it
Expected results:
- a default favicon should be added when displayed or pinned
Actual results
- no favicon is added when loaded or pinned. Pin tab acts like a phantom
Note:
- this was reproduced on clean profile with 2 open tabs of http://www.sportsdirect.com
- this is not reproducing on Chromium.

There is a favicon, it's just transparent. http://www.sportsdirect.com/favicon.ico

In the second attachment both pinned tabs are sportsdirect.com so I think it is definitely something more (plus as mentioned on Chrome the default favicon is displayed )
