Steps to reproduce:
1) launch firefox on android (using beta/27.0, rev 03cf9c30f19f
according to about:buildconfig)
2) make sure your phone is portrait
3) go to http://www.arrrgh.in/test.html
4) rotate the phone to landscape
Actual results:
The text is not re-flowed to take up the available screen width
Expected results:
The text is re-flowed to take up the available screen width. Chrome on android does this (version is 32.0.1700.99).

The screenshots were taken with a Nexus 4, I can reproduce the same behavior with Nexus 7.

Forgot to add that if I double tap on the screen to initiate a zoom, the text is re-flowed.

Strange. I'm also testing on a Nexus 4 with the exact same build you said in comment 0 (i.e. the latest 27 beta build) and I don't see this. It reflows fine for me.

Works for me. No alterations to preferences, no add-ons.

I looked into about:config and see that I had browser.zoom.reflowOnZoon set to true. I reset the preference and it works now. I don't remember going to about:config to change this (and it seems unlikely that I did it on both devices). Looks like this was exposed in the UI according to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=900564 .
It may not affect new users, but maybe something should be done to reset this preference so existing users don't get this broken behavior?
