After verifying Bug 965038  in first screen and sign up screen I saw that after logging in the ToS and PN are blue not grey and underlined:

"We'd like to show ToS/PN links in grey but underlined, and regular links in blue but not underlined."

I am gonna block initial bug. feel free to re-open it if necessary.

I can't update the flags, so I won't RESO WFM, but the status activity has been overhauled to look more like Fennec's, and the ToS and PN are no longer linkified in the way they were before.  This has made it all the way to 29 (current Beta).  For the next person, I checked the code at:
