966386 - Tweaks from Android Firefox Accounts UX sign off

A small order of tweaks are still needed.  From the meeting notes:

FINAL REVIEW
John is going to re-do the mocks in 540x960 (or 480x800?)
ALL SCREENS: drop 'Firefox Account'

(1) welcome to sync - good, string frozen
(2) create an account - drop 'Firefox Account' on all screens
Create a Firefox account (sub header becomes header if possible)
Create account year list is '1990 or earlier'
reverse list so '1990 or earlier' is first
(3) sign in to continue 
Change: to just 'sign in' (fx full color logo)
Same privacy notice below "Forgot password?" and "Create an account".

(3a) reset password: should not contain create account; bug being written by ryan feeley  github issue: https://github.com/mozilla/fxa-content-server/issues/407
(3b) confirm your account: problematic flow 
Behavior Change
*discard the create activity all together and add an exit point, add a button that says 'Back to browsing', this is located 
*If you hit 'back' you go back to fennec
Status Activity Copy Change: 'Your account needs to be verified. Tap to resend verification email.'
(4) VerifiedAccount
Description says 'Your data will begin syncing momentarily.'
* drop email address
Button saying 'Back to browsing'
(6) Notification
Sync is not connected (title)
Tap to sign in as EMAIL
(7) Sign in to continue, string frozen
(begs question about the ability to delete accounts
(8) Settings upon acct. creation, frozen
fxaccount_confirm_account_verification_link_sent  "Verification email sent"
"Couldn't send verification email"
