The toolbar in the web console (with the Net/CSS/JS... buttons) is 36px in height. Same goes for the one in the Style Editor and Profiler.
The toolbars in the Inspector, Netmonitor, Debugger is 34px in height.
This makes for some annoying results, like bug 946681, which is much more apparent now with the light theme.
