Steps to reproduce:
FTP server must have filenames in language different than english and filenames must be served in utf-8
Connect to FTP server
Actual results:
Firefox [gr] page has encoding iso-8859-7.
Filenames from FTP come with utf-8 encoding.
The result is unreadable.
Changing character codepage from menu works, but a dummy user cannot do this.
This must be happen automatically.
