Screenshots with Fx 26 vs Fx 27
When hovering a link which has the title attribute set, the tooltip was displayed correctly till Firefox 26 on Linux, but displays badly in Firefox 27 build 1, see the attached screenshot (top: Fx 26, bottom: Fx 27).

To be clear: my complain is about the wasted vertical space, not the colors. :)

Works for me, FF27(build1) on Linux64. Did you test with a clean profile?
Do you have a non-default desktop theme? Can you attach a small testcase
that reproduces the problem?

Hum, I restarted Firefox again, and now the problem is gone. No idea why it didn't work right after the upgrade.
