This is a spin off from testcase in bug 76726.
Problem: can not select entire text in a block that overflows it's container.
Only text that is located within the bounds of it's block's container is selectable.
See attached testcase.

This testcase also uncovers a few sizing and layout problems, corresponding bugs
have been filed for them.
bug 96658 deals with issue of text being placed incorrectly for RTL block elements.

Since this bug is clearly BiDi related, I think it should have it's component
changed to "BiDi" and re-asigned aproprietly.
Thank you

Still seeing issues on the same Win32 build:
DIV works now.
TABLE works, but the mouse cursor changes to default instead of text.
CAPTION still doesn't work.

Ok I think I need to clarify what this bug is about:
To reproduce, try selecting words "All of" in the red box by dragging the mouse
across.

CCing kin and dbaron to have a look at this
Sounds like there are bugs in the GetFrameForPoint methods of various
table-related frames.
This probably depends on having the NS_FRAME_OUTSIDE_CHILDREN bit set for
table-related frames.

Mass-assigning the new rtl keyword to RTL-related (see bug 349193).
Keywords: rtl
